01 General Terms

Welcome to the superbajj platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between superbajj ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By registering with superbajj or using this platform you agree to all the terms described below.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. superbajj is committed to ensuring a safe, fair and responsible online entertainment environment.

superbajj services are operated for personal entertainment purposes only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with superbajj:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or within the same household are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful.

03 Age Verification and Identity Proof

superbajj strictly follows a 21+ age policy. The platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above.

superbajj reserves the right to verify your identity in the following circumstances:

• At any stage of account registration.
• When a request is made to withdraw a significant amount.
• When unusual activity is detected on the account.
• When required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory rules.

A national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate may be required for identity verification. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

superbajj processes transactions through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same mobile banking account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

Withdrawal requests exceeding the limits set by superbajj may be subject to additional verification. superbajj reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if identity verification has not been completed.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonus offers on superbajj are provided subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus you are deemed to have agreed to the associated terms.

Welcome bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• Another example: depositing ৳14,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total ৳22,000.

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus is provided to each member once only.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through artificial means may result in account closure.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

superbajj offers betting on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi, as well as slots, live casino and other games. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting the game.
• If any game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, superbajj will take appropriate action.
• It is not possible to place a bet beyond the account balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, except in certain specific cases in sports betting.
• Attempting to fix a match or gain an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, superbajj may declare that round void.

VIP members are divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

superbajj believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be conducted responsibly. We are mindful of the mental and financial wellbeing of all our members.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

In the event of account closure, the balance will be returned if no breach of rules has occurred. The balance may be forfeited in the event of a breach of terms. Users may also request closure of their own account at their discretion.
